But souls will always stay

That was written by David Sydney.
June wrote it down when she found it at the Changi Chapel today
during our Heritage Tour cos' she found it nice.
Today's the sec. 4's last day.
So sad.
June remarked that even if they may return to the school, it won't be the
same, as they are no longer students of the school, but I disagree.
They will still know that they are Crescentians inside. That's why
there's a phrase,"Once a crescentian, always a crescentian."
The words "student of Crescent" are merely a title.
If they want to belong, even if they've been away for 10 years,
it will still feel like Crescent
the memories will always stay.
Memories linger in the mind and heart,
not in the objects.

As we move on in life
People we know might not exist
But as we push forward
everyone we meet will have made an impact
big or small
it's up to us to treasure it
to keep as fresh as the day we recieved it.
And the memories of you
Are kept in the safest corner of my heart and soul.
And no one will ever take that away from me
Not even the strongest in body or in mind
For those are my treasures
even more precious than
the jewels of Africa
and there they will stay
Forever.
